The response to last week’s Cutest Pet Picture was overwhelming, and so, flush with success Bee has decided that this week we should run a special, Valentine’s poem* competition.  Simply submit your best effort at creating a romantic verse to quiz@newsnibbles.co.uk along with the picture you would like us to publish should you be lucky enough to win.  This week the person who made Bee squee the loudest won, next week she needs to make a noise that sounds something like “aaaawwwwww” so with that in mind, get to work.

Last week’s entries were so impressive that we found it hard to choose just one, so below are the most squee worthy three.  Congratulations to all the winners, your cute pet photos will now be seen by literally 10s of readers from around the world.

Congratulations 1nkling, for this entry, entitled "Sleeping Henry" which caused such a squee we are surprised Henry didn't wake up. Awwwwww

This photo is entitled "Kitty Love" and was submitted rather bravely by TRB, considering she currently resides in the same State as Bee. We hope Phebe was not too alarmed by the Squee it caused.

And finally this is Maisy, as her name tag suggests, submitted by Helen on behalf of her sister Jain, and entitled "Photo 2" Squeeeeeee

*Bee thinks that the Poem should start “Roses are Red, Violets are Blue” presumably to prevent any epic poetry from being entered – the interns aren’t very good at reading large amounts in one go.  As we understand it, Violets are purple, but as it is a poetry competition we are allowing for some artistic licensing.
