Well, it turns out that Bee’s Valentine’s Poem competition was a resounding success. Since it is Valentine’s Day
tomorrow she has recommended that I attempt to stick with the romantic theme, so here we go. Below you will find a quotation from Shakespeare’s* Twelfth Night – we would like you to fill in the missing word. A final mention goes out to TRB for effort. Whilst she could not win the competition because she did not adhere to the rule of beginning her poem “Roses are Red” she did create this rather special Haiku, and since it’s Valentine’s Day this little shout goes out to her and her fireman. Hope they have a lovely day.
