Snakebite Down Under
A British man on a working holiday in Australia got more than he bargained for this week when a snake nibbled at his testicle. The environmentally conscious tourist decided to squat in the bush rather than use the toilet as he didn’t want to waste water by flushing. A highly venomous snake clearly objected to this human defecating in its bedroom and took a chunk out of his testicle. According to the report his roommate did not feel able to suck the venom out of said testicle and instead drove him the forty miles to the nearest hospital. Doctors and nurses were said to have been extremely professional and administered the antidote without saying a word about the location of the bite. They probably see that exact same thing all the time…

Sometimes You Can Get A Real Bargain Online
A man who sold a safe online for $122 was distraught when his positive seller review revealed that it contained $26,000 in cash. The buyer took the locked safe to a welder to have it opened and made the discovery. When the seller asked for a cut of the find he was directed to his seller policy which stated that all items were sold as seen, and not refunds would be given. Ooops.

A Squee to Finish the Week
Finally this week we have a story to make you go “Squee”! A French Bulldog in Germany has adopted six wild boar piglets. The orphaned piglets were brought into the animal sanctuary shivering and cold and clearly brought out the dog’s maternal instincts. Currently the babies are the same size as the miniature breed of dog but will soon be much bigger.
